Akoirah assures that the products are of merchantable quality and free from material or workmanship defects, provided they are subject to normal use.

15 Day Money Back Policy

The Akoirah offers you a 15-days money back policy i.e. in the event of you returning the product in the conditions as stated hereunder, the product shall be accepted by Akoirah and the money for such order shall be refunded via bank account transfer to the original source account. However, in case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.

Quality Check Timeline – All return requests shall be subject to a mandatory quality check by Akoirah, which shall be completed within 2 (two) working days from the date of receipt of the returned Product.

To request for return of the product under the 15-days Money back Policy you should do the following: Email our Customer Care within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Product on info@akoirah.com. You may be required to return the product in its original packaging along with all certificates, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The Customer shall bear all shipping and logistics costs for returning the Product and shall be responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the Product to Akoirah. The Product shall remain at the sole risk of the Customer until it is received and acknowledged by Akoirah. The Customer shall be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of the Product during transit, including while handled by any courier or logistics provider. Akoirah shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery of the Product while in transit. The Customer is advised to use secure, insured, and trackable shipping methods.

Eligibility for returns is determined upon receipt and inspection of the product, whether the same is in the same merchantable condition as was dispatched by the Company. In the event of the Product not being in the same merchantable condition as dispatched by the Company, the return will be rejected, and the Product shall be returned to you within 7 days.

Akoirah reserves the right to reject any return request if the Product is found to be damaged, used, altered, tampered with, or not returned along with original packaging, certificates, or invoice. The decision of Akoirah pursuant to the quality check shall be final and binding on the Customer.

Upon successful completion of the quality check and approval of the return, the refund amount shall be processed within 7 (seven) business days and shall be credited only to the same bank account or payment source that was used by the Customer at the time of the original purchase.

For the avoidance of doubt, products that are made-to-order (MTO), customized, personalized, or specially manufactured based on Customer specifications shall not be eligible for return and refund under any circumstances.

This 15-day return and refund policy shall apply only to Products purchased through the Platform.
