15 DAY MONEY BACK POLICY-
The Akoirah offers you a 15-days money back policy i.e. in the event of you returning the product in the conditions as stated hereunder, the product shall be accepted by Akoirah and the money for such order shall be refunded via bank account transfer. However, in case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
To request for return of the product under the 15-days Money back Policy you should do the following: Email our Customer Care within 15 days from the date of Product Invoice on info@akoirahjewellery.com Call or email our Customer Care to confirm once the package is ready with all the requisites to arrange for re-shipment of the same.
After contacting customer relations, you will receive the relevant instructions for the return of the product vide email on the email address provided by you to us while placing your order with us. As a part of such instructions, you may be required to return the product in its original packaging along with all certificates, within 15 days from the date of Product Invoice.
Eligibility for returns is determined upon receipt and inspection of the product, whether the same is in the same merchantable condition as was dispatched by the Company. In the event of the Product not being the same merchantable condition as dispatched by the Company, the return will be rejected, and the Product shall be returned to you within 7 days.
However, if the return is approved, the payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 7 business days of confirmation of acceptance of return of the product in the condition and manner as stated hereunder. If the mode of the payment was through online debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction.
Kindly note that this offer shall not be valid on personalized product and/or engraved products.
EXCHANGE AND BUY-BACK POLICY
The company offers a lifetime exchange policy for products purchased. Eligibility for exchange is determined upon receipt and inspection of the product, subject to the company's quality checks.
Under this exchange program, the product can be exchanged for another product equivalent to 100% of the invoice value, excluding applicable taxes. Also, in case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable and the same shall be the exchange amount to you. Refunds in monetary form are not provided under any circumstances. However, you may exchange the product for another item of the same or higher value. If the exchange is for a higher-value product, the customer must pay the difference at the time of billing.
The company offers a comprehensive Buyback Policy for its products. Customers can avail 100% buyback value on gold at prevailing** market prices, with the entire amount refunded in cash.
For lab-grown diamonds, the company provides 100% buyback value based on the prevailing market price, excluding taxes, with 80% of the amount refunded in bank account and for the remaining 20% credit note to be issued*. Customer must provide valid bank account details at the time of buyback. However, if a coupon, discount, or promo code was used during the original purchase, the buyback amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the applied offer.
* The 20% amount issued to the customer’s credit note cannot be used to purchase gold coins, silver coins, or loose solitaires. It may only be redeemed against diamond-studded jewellery. The credit note would be non-transferrable and shall be valid for 12 months from the date of issue
**Prevailing market price refers to the gold rate and the diamond per-carat rate applicable on the date of the buyback request To request a product return under the Exchange/Buyback Policy, please follow these steps: Email our Customer Care team at info@akoirahjewellery.com. After your request, the product will be picked up by a designated pickup agency. Once the product passes the quality check, we will proceed with the exchange or buyback.
Call our Customer Care to confirm once the package is ready with all the requisites to arrange for re-shipment of the same.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
The Orders once placed shall be eligible for cancellation only within a period of 72 hours from the date of placement of order. The request for cancellation shall be made to the customer care via email or telephone within the stipulated time. In the event of the cancellation of order the amount paid under the invoice shall be refunded in the source bank account within a period of 7 days of cancellation. Akoirah reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
